This would be the artist review. In the backend, this is an editor field, so you can use all the html code you like.

Change the view mode of the list of albums in an artist (default, grid view or detailed view) by clickin on the three buttons in the top right corner. Switch to albums or songs view by clickin on the icons just below the artist name
