Can't install CB myalbum... 4 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Hello,

I'm trying to install the plugin CB my album, from the community builder plugin installer and it's don't work. After select the file and click in upload, I get only a blank page at the adress localhost:8888/joomla/administrator/index2.php. Somebody can help, please? Thanks.

I've tried too to install package from web, and it's didn't work too. I get the message:
Download www.joomlamusicsolutions.com/downloads/d...ction-2.html?lang=en - Upload Failed
Unrecoverable error "PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4)"

try again with the normal installer, but enable errors first (on your global configuration) to see what error is coming up

Error with normal installer:

Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.
Path does not have a valid package.

(is the setup file myalbums.xml? it's there)

Error with CB plugin installer:

yes, its myalbums.xml...

it should work.. nobody noticed this before... ... i'll see if I find out something... in any case, you can try to search on CB forums...maybe you'll find an asnwer there..

I saw in the CB forum something about imcompatibility with mac... Does any sense?
