I have disabled Error Reporting but it did nothing. This is a GoDaddy hosted site running PHP5 and there is no php.ini file to edit, or they do not allow access to it.

Is there anything else you can suggest?

well, this is definitely an error reporting thing.. are you sure you decreased it? to E_ERROR for instance..?

no i cannot find php.ini in the directory. i read somewhere that GoGaddy does not allow access to it.

Godaddy does allow php.ini files. I have an hosting account through them and use to use them on my main site before moving over to the much faster host gator. Just make sure your using the linux server option, then all you need to do is put a php.ini or a php5.ini file in your root directory depending on which version of php you are running. You can then add all the settings you need in there.

If you use their support search at support.godaddy.com/ you can find out exactly how to do all of this.
